Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal when concluding a distance selling contract about which the offerer hereafter informs the customer according to the legal provisions.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw this contract within fourteen days without stating any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days starting on the day you or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier took possession of the goods.
To execute your right of withdrawal you have to inform us by an unambiguous declaration (e.g. a letter sent by mail, a fax or an e-mail) about your decision to withdraw this contract. You may use the provided template withdrawal form although this is not mandatory.
To keep the withdrawal term it is sufficient to dispatch the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the deadline.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw this contract we have to repay you all the payments we received from you, including the shipping costs, immediately and not later than within fourteen days, starting on the day we received the notification of your withdrawal of this contract. For this refund we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction unless otherwise explicitly agreed; in no case will we charge you any fees for this repayment.
We may refuse the repayment until we have retrieved the goods or you have proven that you sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days, starting on the day you informed us about the withdrawal of this contract. The term is kept if send off the goods before the deadline of fourteen days.
You have to pay for the direct costs of the reshipment.
You only have to compensate for a possible loss in value if this loss in value is referable to a handling of the goods not necessary for testing their quality and properties.
Exceptions from the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods manufactured individually according to customer requirements which cannot be easily resold.
